As for OH. Do about 20 solves with each hand. See which hand hurts more. Use the other one.

I don't know so well maybe but I do with my left hand cause with the right I can't do R well... Most of the algs use R..

If you like right-handed algorithms (for 2H solving), use your left hand.
If you like left-handed algorithms for 2H solving, use your right hand.

Use left hand

Practise for a while with both hands to see which hand you prefer. Find things out for yourself, only you can find out which foods you like, for example. You shouldn't let someone else tell you that.
