"hi. i've been cubing for a couple months and i no 2look pll/oll and i know f2l."
-intuitive or alg-based F2L?

"my current record is 46 seconds."
-average or single?

"my birthday is coming up and i really need a better cube. i am not sure which type is the best, and where to buy the cube."
-where do you live?
This somewhat tells us what to suggest.

"i am not sure what the difference is between the A B C cubes"
-Don't get a type B.
-different cubes have differently-shaped "cubies," or pieces; that's really all. Sometimes they are made out of slightly different material.

"i just ordered a cube4you cube."
-good. Use that. I use that for one-handed solving.
-lubricate it once you've recieved it. Jig-a-loo can be bought at Walmart.

3. The types are just different, none of them are the best, it's all personal preference
4. I use a type C.
