What was that GameCube (Nintendo) pattern?

A couple of years ago I saw the way to make the GameCube logo on a Rubik's Cube but I don't remember the sequence. I was sure I saw it on the Yahoo group but I didn't see it when I searched.

The pattern will look like my avatar, but with more colors.

Since no edge or corner has the same 2 stickers, it is impossible with a standard sticker scheme. The only way to do that (even with more colors like you said) is to resticker a cube so that more similar colors are used.

P.S. If you can solve a Rubik's cube, making that logo should be a piece of cake.

Also, I'm sorry if I'm sounding like a jerk, but it's hard to show sincerity in words.
If there is a way to make the logo, I am interested in how to do it. But, I still don't see a way to make it.

I know I can do U'L2BDB'LUL2F2U'R'UF'L'F' - U' - F'R'U'RF'R'UF'U'F'UFRF2 - U, and that's the pattern (but not the sequence) I saw I'm sure. I know it's not a "perfect" recreation of the GameCube logo but it's fine for me.

What I'm wanting is something much shorter like the sequence I saw.

Like Darthyody said, I don't think this is possible with a regular color scheme, unless you don't mind the logo being made up of different color schemes. Also, you shouldn't need an algorithm if you have an idea of what it should look like. Can't you do a match the scramble type of thing to see what you can come up with?

I know it's not possible to make it exact (I should have said that when I created the topic), and the pattern I saw back then wasn't perfect. I'm not doing this to just see the pattern, I want a much shorter solution so I can put it in my Custom Title above my avatar on another forum.

I can expand on my original and have it be:

U'L2BDB'LUL2F2U'R'UF'L'F' - U' - F'R'U'RF'R'UF'U'F'UFRF2 - U - L2 - R'D'RDR'D'RU'R'DRD'R'DRU - B2 - M2U'MU2M2U2MUM2 - B2L2

That looks very close to the GameCube logo, but it's a very long solution, way too long. I want something that's, if possible, 13 characters or less (so it will fit in the Custom Title box). 15 may work. It probably depends on the amount of 's and 2s.

why not just use a solver?

Edit: Here's one I found really quick with my phone. This is for your first pattern, although I'm sure there are shorter ones if you use an actual solver.

U2 R2 B2 R2 U2 R2 B R2 B L D B2 L U2 L' B2 F' R' L'

U2 R2 B2 R2 U2 R2 B R2 B L D B2 L U2 L' B2 F' R' L'

That's close to the length I need, even though it's not the pattern I want :)

I tried the solver on speedcubing.com for the first pattern but after about an hour it didn't find a solution. I have ACube but I don't understand it, I've asked people to tell me how to use it but I never got replies. The readme says to use the command prompt (isn't that the "Start"->"Run" thing?). I tried using "Run" and putting in what the readme says but my computer gave me an error for everything I tried.

I opened ACube normally, put in the pieces for the second pattern, and got this (two characters too long):

DUR2U2F'R2LDBL2B'DL2D'B'U2L
