So I thought I would make a training log on the forums.

I have been cubing for about one and a half years as of 5th September 2026.

2x2
I use a Gan 251M Pro since early 2026 with blue GES nuts on 0.8 and weight 5, dignitas, mystic, and DNM-37. I Have an official Avg of 4.75 and a home PB of 3.64. I am learning CLL and use LBL currently. My official single PR is 3.61 and PB is 1.27.

3x3
I Avg an official 17.84 and PB of 14.34. Singles are PR 15.65 and PB 10.02. I use a Gan 15 as my main and it is lube with the angstrom setup. I know full PLL and Half OLL.

Pyraminx
I use a Monster Go and I Have a PR avg of 11.32 and PB of 8.93. Singles are PR 8.21 and PB 3.91. It is lubed with dignitas and FZ calm. I use intuitive l4e as my main method.

These are my competitive events. I'm sure more puzzles will come forward!

Any Tips for improving?
3x3: Watch JPerm's tutorial on advanced F2L, and use his PDF for cases you aren't sure about what to do for.
2x2: Although LBL is a good way to practise CLL, it might be worth learning Ortega in the meantime, as it will save a lot of time. JPerm has multiple videos on this as well.
Pyraminx: I've got nothing.

Compared to me, who reached the 3 year mark a few days ago, I think you are doing rather well.
I average roughly 16-17 seconds, so I don't think I can offer any good advice.

Congrats on the sub-10 single though !

UPDATE

4x4
:
I now have a Moyu Aosu V7 Picube UV but it feels slow for some reason (idk why, it was slow ootb). I average 1:50 ish and use beginner Yau

Skewb:
I have a Moyu RS Maglev and average 18 ish

Any tips for setup and improvement?
both these puzzles will be fast out of the box,

try to use heavy lube to make the cubes controllable yo
