We need to fight back. (Serious)

@Kami so you want some top cubers help in fighting back or what? ik a few. ik Brendyn, he could help. Sebastian prolly can too. Carter prob not.

btw we need a website for this movement.

instead of arguing about the clock decision, lets take some action. what are we doing, starting another organization for all puzzles, or what other ideas do we have?

Some competitions don’t have the WCA logo on them, meaning they aren’t WCA-sanctioned
That's interesting. It looks like all the ones that aren't WCA have at least some non-WCA events on the schedule. Mirror blocks, kilominx, ivy cube, "team event" (whatever that is, some kind of factory solving I guess).

Honestly, the decision to remove clock has been one I have stood with. While I enjoy the puzzle, I too have had my fair share of mishaps and most of the issues I've had with competing have come from clock. That being said, the way in which they removed it was not one I stand by.

I sat down with a buddy of mine and kind of played around with the idea of having clock, big cubes, bigbld, and fmc all held at a seperate world champs before the main event.

Based on the schedule from worlds 2025, we could almost fit 4 rounds of most of the remaining events at the main world champs and then have multiple rounds of big bld or whatever at the other venue.

This is the idea I would have liked to seen implemented.
