I've started beginning my sessions with an ~ao12 in 4x4 to warm up.
Started my 3x3 solves with a 9! In the past couple days I've had about a half second overall improvement and honestly it feels like a full second when I am locked in. Stream as always is on my YT.
Got like seven 9's and an 8 in my ~120 solves last night.

New PB ao100, 12.74. All my PBs were set with keyboard a few months ago, switched to stackmat exclusively and I am just now approaching where I was back then. Feels good to be showing progress. Next stop sub 13 ao500.

Got a 52 ao5 on 4x4, 3x3 has been going well, knocked the ao100 down to 12.67.

My wife has been in the hospital alot lately (she's ok now) so I've had a lot of downtime and have been putting in time on 4x4, here are my stats:
The 4x4 focus has really helped my 3x3 consistency as well, although now new pbs aside from ao1000 as of late. Lots of 8s 9s and 10s though, with sessions being about 12.6-7, just waiting for the next big breakthrough there.

Set some new 3x3 Pbs today after getting a 55mm Dayan cube, which has helped my turning be a lot cleaner:

Also got a couple 41s on 4x4, edging closer to sub 50 and sub 12 on 3x3. Started recording my solves again, and boy, my lookahead and turning are trash. Really need to work on spotting my next pair during the exec of the current pair and cross. Terrible.
I have a comp I am road tripping to in the UP in September, so I am hyped about getting some 3x3 and 4x4 official solves done.

We don't talk about pyra. (I didn't originally sign up for it and haven't solved it in literally 11 years but they had 15 competitors signed up for it and needed a 16th to get a third round of it, so I agreed to on the spot register so they could have another round.) I'll practice before my next comp and redeem myself.Congrats!!
