I need to generate scramble with tnoodle.
Can I use it through API？
If i can, How use it？

You could try using cstimer's scrambling code, as it's largely open source if I remember correctly.

I suspect a decent AI coding system like Cursor can probably walk you through it. I use TNoodle to generate scrambles for the weekly competition and needed to add more scrambles for 3bld this year, and had forgotten how my code worked, and was having trouble figuring it out. I used Cursor and it figured the whole thing out for me in minutes.

In my case I use a locally-built version of TNoodle, so I'm not sure if you can use an API to directly generate scrambles - I don't see anything about that on the github. But you can clone and locally build it, and then call the functions you need to generate scrambles. The github is here:
