How fast should you clean a clock

I have a clock I practice crazy sometimes is is it fine if I lube it daily if that’s the case

you should never have to lube it daily, I usually lube mine once every month or two and I do about 50 solves a day (im an allrounder so I practice many different events in one day)

no, that will make it slippery if I'm envisioning your statement correctly. you have to take the clock apart and lube the rings on the inside, not too much as that may slow it down heavily (also do tape mod, so like take out the screws and after reassembling it, don't put the screws back in and instead put tape on each side)
