That would break the regulation surrounding purposely getting bad results right ?
At the same time an avg that makes finals is "good", and in general the avg would be "good".
I think this regulation should be more specific..

WCA comps are banned in Russia because of the war. Instead Russians go to RSF comps (Russian Speedcubing Federation)
