Given 9/10 or 10/10 (idk what yiheng uses now) top 10 cubers use it, I think it's a safe yes.Can you say it's the best 2×2 that you can buy??

Which also means other companies need to step up because that cube is already a few years old.
Qiyi's last top 2x2 was the Valk2. Really big mistake for them to stop producing them while having no direct replacement in their lineup.
I saw in some reviews the leap wasn't better than the pro or worth the money. But you will have to decide based on your experienceI have the old wrs now
Could maybe buy the 251 m leap
Good idea??

Loosened it and it helped. How did you get rid of the locking issues?
It’s good (with setup) but i dont think it’s the best because i find it kinda slow. I still like the RS2M Evo the most in terms of feel and performance but that cube broke long ago…Can you say it's the best 2×2 that you can buy??
Alright. Thanks! I also tried loosening it and adding Fz calm, but that just made it very slow and gummy after a few days. I preferred how it felt out of the box over my setup actuallyLoosened it and it helped.

Oh, and whats your lube setup? Ive heard many like the angstrom setup, but I want to look for more before choosing oneLoosened it and it helped.

Wow self promotion? Shame on youI made a Custom Ball core Weipo WRS and I thought I'd make a mini tutorial.
Step 1: Acquire the core from a Qiyi M Pro BC 2x2, I personally just took one from one that I already owned, but you could order one from TheCubicle.
Step 2: Acquire some magnets, I harvested mine from a Yuxin 4x4, and I used 2 of the big magnets, and one of the small ones per corner, but I think 1 or 2 magnets each from an Rs3m+ kit would work as well.
Step 3: Completely disassemble the Weipo.
Step 4: Place a drop of Super Glue on the corner piece of the Weipo, and place your magnet in the center MAKE SURE THE...

started the same way with me and the new York website(bungus style review incoming)
It all started with me, my ipad, and a certain website based in New York. I was searching long and hard for a good 2x2 to replace my QiYi MP 2x2. Then I saw this, the bad reviews didn’t seem to promising, but it was used by top cubers so, I decided on this kinda expensive small pocket-sized plastic puzzle.
Then one day or specifically, 7 days after ordering, the phone rang. I got the package and opened it. It came with lube, not the car lubricants, the cube lubricants. Stickers, and a fancy stand to display my colorful plastic toy like it is some prized gem. The suspense fills the air as I slowly unbox the cube but… i lose my patience and just pull the box from the cover and saw everything. I saw the future of my 2x2 career… So I opened what is probably the best spring-loaded multi puzzle box in existence and turned the cube. It didn’t feel like butter or turning air. It felt like turning a non-magnetic meilong 2x2 or in harsher words, GARBAGE. It was locky, slow, and slippery because if the matte or frosted plastic. I started contemplating my decisions thinking: “did i make a mistake buying this cube?” and “my QiYi MP 2x2 is better than this.” I looked at the accessories and saw some GAN nuts inside a case (that didn’t sound too good) and a box with a teeny tiny screwdriver and a typical GAN bag with some papers, one of which is useful, one is useless. I adjusted the nuts and turned them into compression 0.6 ( lower the number, the looser and the higher the number, the tighter) it felt better, but still locky. So i added some of my older GAN lube and wow did it improve. I turned the nuts back to 0.8 and set the magnet strength at medium. And from there started the rapid PBs. It was now fast, crunchy, but still loud. I got my first sub-2 average with it. It was underwhelming and slow at the start, but got faster and more enjoyable with setup, much like our cubing progress and with many other sports and/or hobbies.
So in summary: this cube is fantastic with setup. If you don’t set it up, you get a bad cube, wasting your 33 dollars. Even though it sounds like plastic wrap, it performs how a top of the line speedcube should.
The angstrom setup is amazing on the 251, but I would replace dnm with mystic. Just makes it feel more plush as opposed to pure speed.Oh, and whats your lube setup? Ive heard many like the angstrom setup, but I want to look for more before choosing one
would like to try that setup. i also thought the same about the DNM, but ill have to buy the Angstrom lubes and try them since i dont know how they feel togetherThe angstrom setup is amazing on the 251, but I would replace dnm with mystic. Just makes it feel more plush as opposed to pure speed.
