I didn't go to this specific comp... but I've been to many comps with cubers such as Dylan Miller and Max Park. Max doesn't say much, but he's friendly and signs autographs and takes pictures.

I've been at multiple comps with Max, and him and his family are extremely friendly and kind. They even let me try out some cubes before they came out.
But when Max got this record there was no reaction
. Most people didn't even realize it was world record until it got posted to wca live.
