Cubes from the early '80s usually sell for around $100-150 unopened. Opened ones are around $10-20, used are probably less.

One comment. The original Rubik's Cubes were one of the best-selling toys of all time. So one in used condition (like my 2) are essentially worthless because there are still so many of them. (Actually mine are probably worth less than most since I used them so much - they are completely worn out.) On the other hand, if you have a cube still in the package from the original Hungarian batch, that should be worth a lot more.
