Female World Record (FWR) Thread

Super impressive! It always hurts my brain a little seeing high TPS in OH.

so we are counting trans as female now???
Sorry for the late reply to this, and for continuing what is a bit of a tangent, but I think it's important. I dunno Aedan's gender—haven't talked to them in years—but what gender a person "represents" should be based on who they are, not their body, especially in a sport where muscle mass and the like are such non-factors. If a 25-year-old who transitioned from female to male in his teens got a good time that was then called a female world record, I think he would be rightly frustrated.

Ok then does he have a XY or XX chromosone

This thread would be like forty pages long if they added back all the deleted posts.
Unfortunately, this topic is bound to come up over and over in any discussion of female sports, as transphobia is more common than it's ever been. Deleting those posts regularly is probably a good idea for a friendly forum like this, just to keep things civil and on-topic, but the fact of the matter is that politics is engraining itself into more and more aspects of everyday life.

Mods, do what you have to do, and your work is much appreciated, but—and I hate to say it—I guarantee this won't be the last time this thread ventures to controversial territory, at least until more firm anti-bigotry rules are created.
