I’m on a cubing break at the moment, but I have just caught wind that James Molloy Embezzled funds from the UKCA, which he has admitted to, and has consequently been expelled from the UKCA and suspended from WCA competitions until further notice.

Maybe. If he follows thru with the repayment agreement. They did say "legal agreement", so hopefully it's binding.
