I think you can register only for your phase 1 events, then when phase 2 comes you can register for those events too, not sure tho

It says on the page that after everyone has registered, everyone will then be allowed to add any events they qualify for in phase 4 even if the slower phases aren't reached.

True, but (for phase 4) they're not as harsh as they were for NAC.

So I'm gonna ask my parents if I improve a lot, then can I go.

Depending on how this weekend goes, I could potentially make Phase 2 for 5x5, maybe even 4x4 if I tried super hard. But I will for sure make Phase 3 and I plan to go! See y'all there!

It's most likely going to close by phase 3 in terms of registration, maybe phase 2, but its unlikely. (My speculation)
