DNF average...

I am honestly very surprised of how many people thought that Lachie had the ability to be able to win/podium, his previous biggest comp before this was probably NZ Nats 2022, a comp with 268 competitors, so without much championship experience, as well as his nerve control, more specifically in finals, being quite poor (he took OcR and was officially sub 2.65 before he got his first gold), he was not very likely to do so well at Worlds, very unfortunately :(
