Hello all,
I'm looking to bring on 2 new members to the moderating team. We want active, engaged members who are interested in working as a team to improve the community, moderate the community, and share thoughts/ideas of features to implement.

What are some of the day to day tasks of a mod on the forums, and what qualifications would be helpful in being a good mod?
 
I feel like I may be fit to be a moderator, as I'm on the forums very often, and I can be level-headed when I need to be. I can also be kind and I would say I'm fairly good at mediating conflict. In addition, there are some people I think would be fit for the job.
@Garf is responsible, respectful, and has a calming, enjoyable presence.
@qwr is mature, level-headed, and serious when he needs to be.
@abunickabhi isn't as active as the rest of us, but he's charismatic and mature. He's also the GOAT of WCA, he's a delegate, and all that.
@gsingh is someone I see fit to keep people in check, as he's often a serious and mature presence.
@DuckubingCuber347 is mature, active, and responsible, as well as being fun.
@Jorian Meeuse is mature, polite, and always responds to a conversation with something meaningful.
@OtaMota is someone who is serious and behaves very maturely.

That's just my two cents.
