Hi everyone! My name is Ivan. You may recognize me from my custom square-1s being listed on Speedcubeshop (MGC Pro and Pro-R), and I'm pleased to announce the debut of my new mod shop!

I specialize in modded MGC square-1's, several of which have been purchased and are currently mained by top WR20 square-1 solvers. My puzzles were also used by many elite square-1 solvers during the North American Championship, with my puzzles earning multiple podiums at the competition.

The different modifications I offer on my square-1s are listed below:
  • maglev tensions
  • polished exterior
  • double polished exterior (NEW RELEASE)
  • edge magnetization
  • repulsion magnetization (NOVEL DESIGN)
  • repulsion magnetization with double slice repulsion (NEW RELEASE)
  • piece weight reduction
  • internal weight reduction (NOVEL DESIGN)
  • dyeing (any colors excluding yellows and greens for now)
Additionally, I now offer Master Series preset options of versions used by certain high profile solvers in the North American Championship, as well as the version of the puzzle with my personal favorite modifications applied.

If you would like to order a custom MGC Square-1 from me, please use the link to the following order form to do so:

what is different between normal slice repulsion and double slice repulsion? Is it the same thing but has the repulsion on both sides?

can u explain how it works, not a tutorial, but my question is how do you flip the magnets and then make it clack again if the magnets are opposite, not how to do it but how it works I'm not even serious about sq1 but I'm curious on how it works
I'd be happy to explain how it works! It involves the use of a repelling magnet in the U/D layers, with it being placed in between two magnets that attract to the edges/corners. By putting it in between these, it acts as a sort of autoalignment mechanism to allow the cube to snap into a legal state more easily.
