I did some solves and I found out that solving without music is pretty boring.

I prefer with music as I feel more energetic and solving becomes more fun

also I want to share this solve that I had.

I like to solve while listening to music what type depends on the event for most events I'll just listen to my normal music
but for BLD I'll listen to instrumental music if I even listen to music

How much faster exactly was the music ao50 compared to the non-music ao50 for you?

A lot of people think it's a slightly bigger violin, but it has a mellower sound like the upper range of a cello or tenor in singing. Sadly, as a viola player a long time ago, the mid range is underutilized in composed music. Telemann at least did a whole viola concerto.
