That could actually be a valid reason.
It also might be why tymon doesn’t react much to his good solves/ERs.

Natthpat Mahtani had a 4.02 NR single with a 7.94 average, kinda close to what you said.

I don’t think Luke really cared when he got the single, he had basically no reaction at all, which is sad.

That’s a good thing though, he is able to do sub-4s confidently and he has grown to a point that sub-4 is more normal.
