These have seemed to become more and more popular lately, so I thought that I would make one similar to this, but as a community challenge. At the end of every month, starting at the beginning of December, we all come together to post how many 2x2 solves we did that month.

I.e. in December, I would post how many solves I did in November.

I will keep track of this in the forum, and in the middle of every month, post who has done the most.

The goal is to get to 1,000,000 as a community by January 1st 2025!

Think we can do it?

Start keeping track and I'll start posting scores in December.

Maybe whoever gets the most solves will get a prize!

We could systematically grind every cube state. Its not unrealistic (it is unrealtistic by 2025 of course).
It would need some determination to generate all scrambles and distribute them distinctly among the users

I usually grind 2x2 anyway, so I'm perfectly happy to do this! I'll create a new session!

My goal will be to do around 8,000 solves in 13 months, which equates to on average, 20 solves a day

I like the idea of having all 1.3 million possible scrambles solved by the community.
The 2x2 has 3,674,160 possible states (7! * 3^6). One of those states is the solved state, so 3,674,159 possible scrambles that are at least one move from the solved state. Of course, a four move scramble is the shortest that you can get at a competition. I am too lazy to figure out how many possible combinations that would be, and somebody else has probably done that already anyway.

I do agree, though, that it would be cool.

I'll try. I've done 280 2x2 solves this year
