Got a 5.11 7-Simul single PB, and DNF'd out of a 6.80 Ao12. Haven't been able to really grind out solves lately--doing around 20-30 per day.

Thank you! I average mid-5 with flip, but I hit a roadblock. I decided that 7-Simul would be a great option to try!

Got my 7-Simul Ao5 down to 6.11 and an Ao12 of 6.64. I’ve DNFd out of multiple sub-6 averages now, which is not fun, but it’s the process. Most of my solves are mid-six at the moment with more frequent sub-6 singles.

It isn’t going as much as it should be. I will implement it soon enough, and I’ve been trying to find the fastest setup for easier pinky turns.

So I switched my 3x3 main from the Tornado V3 to the HuaMeng YS3M Ball Core with UV. Best decision of my life. I main almost all MoYu cubes now actually, lol. My averages are getting better overall with many more singles in the 13-14 range.

It sure is. 7-Simul is a LOT to get used to, but I found that I made good progress quite quickly. I also haven't done a crazy number of solves overall (around 600 with a 68% success rate). I won't use it in comp until I average a little below what I average currently AND have a higher succesa rate.
