I was at day one of my comp yesterday. I'm just about to leave for day two. I broke my PR in every event, single and average yesterday (apart from 5x5 average where I didn't make cutoff). Hopefully I'll have the same success today

So far in day 2 of the comp I've done 3x3 round 1. I got a pr single of 10.00 and a pr2 average of 12.21.
I've done skewb, and I got a 10.33 average and I didn't make finals
For 2x2 I got a 4.46 average and I made It to finals.

All I have left now is 2x2 finals and 3x3 round 2 and 3x3 finals

Here are my results from my comp on the 22nd and 23rd of July (late again I know):

3x3: Nothing special in any round apart from my PR single of 10.00 ( /so close to sub 10!!). But I'm happy with 2 solid 12 averages but I messed up and got a 13 average in finals (what's new).

2x2: Pretty good I tried to use as much CLL as I know. I really need to just knuckle down and learn all of it.

4x4: I was hoping for a sub 1 minute average but it's alright. I came very close. My best round was round 1 where I got a PR average and single. I'm especially happy with the 49 second single. (In other news I bought an MGC 4x4 at the competition)

5x5: Didn't make the cutoff of 2:30.00. Not much to say. It was my first time competing in 5x5.

3x3 OH: Round 1 went really well!!! I got a PR average and single of 26.58 and 24.56 when my previous PRs were 40 seconds for average and 30 seconds for single. Round 2 didn't go as well because I was only wearing a t shirt and the venue had gotten colder so that made it harder to turn the cube with one hand. (My hands went kind of blue )

Megaminx: Megaminx went really well for me. I got a 1:45 average and a 1:39 single. My first time making the cutoff.

Pyraminx: This also went quite well. I got a solid average in round 1 and I got a PR average of 6.38 and PR single of 3.63 in the finals. Overall very good.

Skewb: I don't care at all (as usual). And I didn't make finals.

Overall this comp went very well for me and I'm happy with my results. I have another comp on the 20th of August so I'll post my mains and goals soon!!!

Here are my results from my comp yesterday:
I'm especially happy with my 11.14 average in 3x3 finals when I was trying to get a sub 12 average. (Even though solve four should have been a sub 10 and PR single, it wouldn't have improved the average by that much). Other accomplishments: sub 1 minute 4x4 average, PR single in 5x5 even though I should have made cutoff because I was going on to LL at around 2:15 and I still didn't make cutoff of 2:30. I also got overall pb single (I think) in skewb of 4.75 but I don't care about skewb. Overall it was a very good competition and I'm so happy with my PR 3x3 average.
