Hey there. I was recently at a comp that you ran a stall at, and me and a group of people had a conversation about why they used which main shop. The number one reason why people (and to be honest, including me) used your main competitor, was that the website design was cleaner, easy to navigate, and had a specific (good looking) colour pallete. I would personally consider hiring a website design specialist to give you some tips and/or redsign bits of the website.

I recognise this has probably gone through your head at some point, and you probably have reasons for not doing so sooner, but just an observation.
