Does An unofficial 2x2 2 mover count?

I got a 2 mover when I was doing some 2x2 solves and got a 0.30. Does it count?

Luckily if you solve 3x3 corners first, 1-mover corner solutions still count.
But you still have to solve the rest of the cube.
However the average time to solve the corners on the 3x3 would therefore be slightly less than your 2x2 average, since 0-movers, 1-movers, 2-movers and 3-movers all count.
