Lube problem (I think)

So I regularly get this problem that when I lube my pyraminx, it starts nice and smooth, but then after a while, usually around the next day, it feels almost packed up and gunky. I have also tried thoroughly cleaning the interior and all the pieces, but still have the same problem. The lube I use is DNM-37 on the enhanced GAN pyraminx.

DNM dries out relatively quickly, so try a heavier lube like silk or weight 5 maybe

Well that’s the problem. DNM is just meant to speed up a puzzle. You shouldn’t be only using it as a piece lube

You could use mystic instead. It speeds the cube up and is long lasting, but it does give the cube a plush feeling, so if you don't want that then don't use it.

I have mine setup with weight 5 and DNM on the pieces. Mixing a silicone lube with a water based lube usually gives a good feel that's long lasting. Hope this helps

Yep, that should do the trick, make sure you apply weight 3 on the tracks.
