You can't predict what PLL you'll get so you can only decide which F2L solution is better based on the F2L, not on what LL cases you get from it.
Besides, idk what cube you have but you should probably drill your E perm a bit because with a good cube and good drilling it can definitely be done sub 1, and at least sub 2.

I just grimded 150+ 3x3 solves and did 50+ 2gen solves. I put my ao100 back into mid 14’s hope to get it sub 14. In bigger news I got a pb, but u already know.
