How can I fix my 2x2?

I have a 2x2 that has a corner that basically won't stay in place, so it does not fully align itself with the other pieces, as if it was repelling from the other pieces in some axis, and that happened because of non-cubers playing with my 2x2, twisting the corners. I tried to analyze the problem by taking the cube apart and try to see how i could fix it, and something I noticed was that the corner piece that I was talking about was making noises when I was shaking it, while the other pieces wouldn't make a noise when i was shaking them.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem, or is the cube comp legal with this issue, or is this the end of this cube, meaning I should buy a new one?

I dont know how to fix it, but some 2x2's have a mounted corner piece that cant twist, and if you force it too, it breaks the cube. What cube is it? ik the MGC at least has that

it's the RS2 evo (i think that's the name) from MoYu
