Surely clock with one foot can't be THAT hard, right? If you can do just a single full rotation of a dial in a minute, you should be able to cut that time down to like 13 minutes.

What is a real man’s average?

A real mans average is when you start with a solved cube, start another timer then start scrambling, inspecting, and solving the puzzle repeating it how many times you want the average to be. A common one is an ao5. Luke Garrett has a video getting the WR for it on his channel if you want to watch that.

Luke Garrett has the WR with a 49, it isn't a 1:09

EDIT: If you were to do the average of 5 five times then the record is a 1:09

Also, the wiki isn't up to date on this; current UWR average is 13.81 and single is 7.12.
