Hey, my blue center cap off of my store bought cube popped off. It wasnt fun........ at ALL. anyway i paniced and superguled it down. this when all wrong! my blue side is now terriable along with the yellow ( i have no idea what happened to this one) any ways any ideas on how to fix or do i have to deal with it.

You probably got glue on the screw of the blue side, and some more glue must have spilled out to the yellow side and bonded a piece to the blue centre. When you started turning it the piece would have come loose with enough force, but left damaged surfaces behind, which is likely what has caused the yellow side to be "terriable", as you say.

You should have disassembled the blue layer before gluing.

Try finding the damaged pieces (if this is in deed what is causing the problem with the yellow side) and sand them to make them smooth again. As for the blue side... I don't know... Maybe it will get better with time and use.

Cubelets: Those are just called pieces (edges and corners...)

Did the entire black piece get disconnected from the core (a lighter color)?

You might just be screwed up here O_O But just using the cube might help bring the pieces back up to speed.

I would still save up little bit of money and get a new cube though, but go easy on your cube for now to make it last until then.

i checked and a little bit. so i took it off with my knife. and i think im gonns put some petrolum jelly to eat the othe plastic i couldnt get

Petroleum jelly won't "eat the plastic" that you couldn't get to. You might try some sand paper, or an exacto blade, depending upon where it is.

I'm not sure if you know, but the active ingredient in nail polish remover is a solvent for super glue. So you might be able to "un-glue" it and start from scratch. Be cautious though, as the acetone in the nail polish remover will probably eat the plastic if you let it stay on for too long.

Finally, just a suggestion: Using real English words, capital letters, and punctuation makes it much easier to read what you write. "Oh Noes!" might look cute, but it's not effective communication. I'm not trying to be harsh; just telling you the reality that the written word is an important life skill and "net speak" gibberish won't help you be an effective communicator.

Brian.
