Hi, this might be a silly question but only recently I came across the term sub-x global and I was wondering what it meant.
Does global mean all of your averages?
I am relatively new to the forum so this might be a stupid question but it would make a lot more sense when I come across people saying they average stuff like sub-10 global in their progression threads.

avg100 is way too low and does not cover your global average.
I don't think that's the case, while you average of 100 can vary I think average of 1000 is just too high and you can get faster during a single average of 1000 meaning its not a true "global average".

I'm not saying your wrong, but point being for me and skewb my ao1000 is 3.3, while my ao100 is 3.1, which is still a big difference meaning I got kind of lucky scrambles on the ao100 while my ao1000 is my global, since I average 3.3.

avg100 is way too low and does not cover your global average.
Kinda disagree. I think my Ao100 (23~24s) reflects more of my current skill level than my Ao1000 (sub 26) does.
IMO your statement is only true when one hits his/her skill limit though, so Ao1000 represents the skill, Ao100 represents the session.
