is there a better alg for this case?

If you look on Jperms OLL sheets then you will see a case that is called the ( Big lighting Bolts ) both 39 and 40 I'm not wanting to
learn the alg for because of the S move, are there different algs' for ether of these cases?

I use L F' (L' U' L U) F U' L' for 39 and R' F (R U R' U') F' U R for 40, I find them to be easy to memorize and execute.
