I still rmb back in the days when I just started cubing, I got my qiyi thunderclap 4x4 (the best budget 4x4 at that time) for a dollar and magnetised it myself. The price at the cubicle was $14, 14 times of the cost. Also as I understand the price of magnets in US is 6 times of the original price here. While I get 100 magnets for a dollar, selling price of magnets in US is $3 per 50 magnets. Hence, magnetising a qiyi thunderclap 4x4 cost me $2 but if I was using the cubicle, I will have to pay $20 for that, 10 times of the price which is insane.
