Maybe they didnt actually throw them away? I did that to my kids a couple times.. told them I threw something away but then I gave it back after they corrected the issue.

parents threw away all my cubes im really sad since cubing is a big part of my life
Like they THREW them away or just took them away? If they threw them away, you must have done something your parents thought was terrible.
I swear if it was just because you were cubing too much, I'm going to start a GoFundMe for kids who have parents that don't allow them to achieve their dreams and not because of any other reason.

Nice. Now just sit around and do nothing like they evidently want you to do.

EDIT: @ProStar tell me why I'm wrong.

EDIT 2: No one told me why I'm wrong so thanks a lot and I shall go on thinking this way.

Bro this should not have happened. My parents like my cubing because I spend less time gaming (although I still sometimes stare a computer to learn new algs or just watch a cubing video). They encourage my cubing, especially because I don't spend too much money. Most of my cubes are $10-$20 and they would never throw them away. If I had a GAN 13 (~75$) they would definetly not throw it away, and at least sell it. My parents have took my cubes away once in the past, for around 2 weeks. They probably wouldn't take away my cubes again because it is a coping mechanism for me and helps me when I am stressed or anxious.

EDIT: Sometimes my parents get mad and punish me with something that might seem extreme, but usually that is because of pressure from a busy work schedule, or because I did something actually really bad.

Either they did something disgusting by throwing away your cubes, or you did something disgusting causing them to have thrown away your cubes. Please tell me it was you who did something disgusting because parents doing disgusting things is not very good for their kids to say the least.

Ryan is 12, a parent throwing away a kid's prized possessions as a form of discipline is no way of raising them, unless you want your kid to hate you. Sorry your parents did this Ryan, hopefully you can get some new cubes soon.
You mean permanently?

dude im getting mad reading this bruh

it's unreasonable and disgusting
if all they want is for you not to do what you like tbh they shouldn't even be parents

if they were disciplining you, i hope they would just take it away and return them to you after like a month or so but throwing them out is the worst way of disciplining and as @Hazel said no way of raising them

yes i am a kid so this is biased
