He doesn't strait out steal the the thumbnail like Human Cuber did but he does reuse things in his thumbnails so that his already similar videos look even more like the same thing.

What exactly is the “education” you are giving in this video that wasn’t already given in the previous original video that you just copied. Also the fair usage is mainly for reaction channels or commentary channels and you actually have to add something onto the content if you want to blatantly use someone else’s video (example being commentary on reaction videos or having meaningful talks about what is happening in the video) however what you did is just download a video from another channel, take a thumbnail from a large cubing channel, then repost the video with the copied thumbnail and copied video. Not to sound rude but what part of “educational purposes” does that content fall into?

I did say that this is a share section previously but never mind, I found this vid in a china app and that app is been banned in America and India so I just like to share it out to those who cant watch this. TQ. I did download and paste but I do change some color as well. Where are you from?
