I use CFOP for 3x3 and OH, Westlund and 4lll (sorta), and redux 5x5 and 7x7, although I get similar times using yau on 5x5
Use free resources first, though, don't spend money when you could accomplish your goals for no cost.

There's plenty of resources to help get you faster—YouTube is a prime example. I'd recommend videos from cyoubx from a few years back, as well as BrodyTheCuber and especially J Perm.
There's also the option of paid solve critiques if you're stuck on how to continue

Recently it has grown on me a lot more, but I haven't bought one, since i don't know which one to buy, but I've seen that the budget ones are not worth it except for the yushi v2
