A screw is stripped. How do I fix it.

You don’t, as far as I know. I bought the mofang jiaoshi square-1 and the screw stripped before the first solve. The cubicle sent a new one and the exact same thing happened. The plastic in there is damaged and it is intricate enough that I don’t think you can fix it. What cube was it?
