Second one.
S moves are really awkward.
First one is about simplicity and awkwardness.
Second one is a bit hard but execution.

Plus if you develop good fingertricks for the S slice it will help for other things.

B moves are to me, and the second one makes sense (the triggers)

All you have to do is use your pointer or ring finger for S and everything flows from there.

your cross: M' F D' R' D' good, except that maybe doing R' L instead of M might be more fingertrick friendly and better for looking ahead into your first pair.
your first pair: L U' L' U L' U L U R' U' R good for that pair's solution. However, I'm not a fan of going for a pair if the corner's in the bottom layer and the edge is in the middle layer. So my only critique here is that you should have chosen a different pair.
your 2nd pair: U2 L' U Ly R' U' R good. My only critique here is that if you're a right handed solver it would have been better to rotate with y' and insert with L moves. That way, your two left slots are filled which is slightly better than having your two right slots filled.
The rest of your solve was good.

Summary: It looks like your f2l solutions were pretty good. I didn't have a video of your solve but if you average around 20 and have f2l solutions this good you probably just need to work on lookahead and reducing regrips.

Edge in place oriented right. Corner in place twisted
