Can we solve a 3x3 each doing only one move?

Sure, but you're counting on at least three people knowing that alg in order to not mess it up. (It's mostly the same as one of the usual OLL algs, but what if someone does the mirror in an attempt to "preserve" the block and we end up with a V perm instead…)
Yeah, I doubt we'll actually end up doing a ZBLL in this solve.

Move: B2 //First Move of standard OLL

L B F' U' F2 U2 R2 R' U R U R L' U L2 R' U L' L' U' U2 L U L' U' L U2 L' U L U' U B U' B' U B' B B U' B2 R B R' z' B2

I assume the z' rotation was for some kind of fancy ZBLL, but I think it's quite unrealistic to expect like 12 people to know the ZBLL and be able to recognise it, so I'm just gonna stick to standard CFOP since I think that will end up being quicker.
Uh, what on earth is your OLL alg for that case? (Did you mean D2 instead of B2? I'm very confused.)
