If I was cubing I wouldn't have. Similarly, if you told me that in 5 years someone averaged 1:20 on 7x7 and 55 on 6x6, I'd believe you.

Five years ago the 6x6 leaderboard was almost identical to the 7x7 leaderboard now (matter of fact the top three times are identical down to the second). I honestly don't know how many people would have believed that much of a drop was possible.
