Again, why? And how would they even do it? The judge is always at the table, so he couldn't have messed with the cube on transit. If you mean the runner, then again, why would they do it? Honestly, the point you're trying to make just doesn't make sense. There is no way the runner would know that it would be a WR, and I still can't think of any logical reason why they would do it in the first place.

Sometimes these things just happen. Not every misscramble is done on purpose.
