How to Become Fast at Skewb using Sarah's Intermediate

Could a mo100 each day help?

Yes, practice helps in every event. However, I'd be careful since it's really easy to burn out (or stop having fun/wanting to practice) if you're too ambitious with a practice schedule/plan.

Also, it kind of depends on how fast you want to get. I don't know full intermediate and average ~6, just from doing a very little amount of Skewb solves per day over a long period of time. If you want to get world class, obviously this isn't a particularly good practice method, but if you just want to get sub-7 or sub-6, casual practice over a few months/years would work fine.

For me it's kinda just if I want to practice skewb, I'll practice. Make sure you are paying attention to your solves though. If a solve is bad, figure out why it was bad. If it was a bad case, maybe learn how to fingertrick it better or learn a better alg.
