[Unofficial] 18cm 3x3 UWR Single 19.68 - Phillip Lewicki

I just came across this video by LaZer0MonKey (a.k.a Phillip Lewicki) who got a 19.68 single on the 18cm 3x3, which I am almost completely certain is the first sub 20 solve that anyone had gotten on the 18cm 3x3, which is pretty cool;

Dose anyone know of a faster single then this one? Also, (and this a more of a minor point) but does anyone have the means to contact Phillip and see if he wants to be added to the UWR page for this? Thanks in advance.

That is what I thought as well, so thank you for confirming that. IF anyone else ever comes across something faster, then please let me know.

About your post: How are you able to create that link type thing, where the numbers are? As in where it says 28.23, how did you do that. Sorry if there is something obvious in doing that, but I do not know how to so thank you for your help
