Has anyone come up with a way to make lingao pins stiffer (or any other pins)? Feels like they are getting looser and looser, I've started to experience fails due to a pin falling down unexpectedly.

Otherwise it's an amazing clock, after I lubed it and loosened the screws a bit (and put little tape rolls under the outer case to avoid the faces rubbing against the casing).

Open it up and take out the pins. You'll see that each pin has 2 little metal rods on each side. Take each rod out, and bend it gently with a pair of pliers. Put the pin back in and check and repeat until you get the right stiffness. Start off bending lightly because it's much easier to bend the rods than it is to make them straight again.

Ty, I'll try it. Any exact point where to bend it?

Is it clever to heavy lube the pins to add resistance? Could it spread to the mechanism and result in an overlubed clock where you can't even feel the clicks? Feels like bending the metal things works for just a short amount of time, then I have to bend again.

What are everyone’s thoughts on Sehnuan (moyu subbrand) and Qiyi with their clocks?

Edit: what are your thoughts about them not being released after over a year since they announced it.

The fact that they don’t exist is what I want to hear thoughts on :p
It's disappointing that they don't exist. It's pure speculation, but I guess those companies concluded it's too difficult to manufacture a good clock cost-effectively, and/or the market is too small, otherwise we'd have seen them before now.
