[Help Thread] Moyu Wiepo feels rough

I recently received a light blue Moyu Wiepo 2x2 and lubed it with wt.5 on the core and wt.1 on the pieces along with a drop of cosmic Martian lube from SpeedCubeShop.com. Despite the lube, slightly loose tensions and reviews saying it's a smooth 2x2, it feels very rough when I turn it. Is there something I can do?

Maybe take it apart and put it back together. Usually (for me) it's the problem of some piece that is slightly out of place. If not, maybe clean it.

Out of the box, they are very sandy. Once you break it in the feeling goes away.
