First cubing times of 2009!

first solve of the year was 1:38.06 on a 5x5 ^^ also with a new kind of 2-2 pairing, not the type I'm used to

What I did, was during the Peach drop(Atlanta thing), I had a cube with me. Once it got to about 10 seconds from the New Year, I started solving it, so I would be in the process of solving a cube while it crossed into 2009

Average: 26.07 seconds
Individual Times: 24.96, 29.86, 25.62, (30.91), 24.19, (22.53), 22.89, 26.04, 24.24, 29.67, 25.41, 27.86

i only had time for two solves before i went out, but the first was a 13.38 non lucky and the second was a 12.09 PLL skip

hopefully ill be averaging this by the end of the year...

I am so horrible...

My averages went from 42.02 (Dec. 31, 9AM) to 53.03 (Jan. 1, 3AM)...

Yes, I got progressively worse throughout the day (despite getting various ~40s and ~35s, I still got horrible times!!!)... THIS IS WITH MY LUBED STOREBOUGHT CUBE (I used CRC...)

This is insane; what's wrong with me?
My fingers hurt slightly but my judgment is still on par with when I got my old record (Dec. 30, 26.42!!!!)... I don't get it.

I somehow forgot my A perms.
I have no idea how, I was just cubing, and then I did the first two moves, and then I was like: :confused:

My first solve was 24.7 (3x3). I think it's a good sign.

My first two (3x3x3) BLD solves this year were 2:34 and 2:17. Pretty average, but at least they were both correct, so I'm happy.

When was the last time you cubed before that? I remember you were at around 18 average.
