Why cant I use this as my WCA profile avatar? Apparently there is no rules about wca profile pics which makes it confusing. Its not bad or inappropiate. I dont understand why they dont accept. Does it have to be a real life pic?

I've never seen anyone with anything other than a picture of themselves on their WCA profile, but it's not necessary to have one; most people don't.

I'm guessing 400 px by 400 px is definitely too large, try 250 x 250. The file-size looks acceptable, so I doubt it's that causing the problem.
