I'm Elice, I'm 15 y.o girl from Finland. (Terve is Hello in finnish! :))
I'm kinda new to speedcubing, been doing it for a couple of months now. At the moment I only know how to solve the regural 3x3, but I'm hoping to get into more puzzles :)
My pb is 35 seconds, and overall I average around 50 seconds, but I'm improving all the time. My goal is to learn full CFOP, (Right now I use 2-look OLL+some easy cases, and almost full PLL, I need to learn 6 more algorithms and they are the hardest ones, hope that I can still learn them. :D ) and get my average under 40 seconds.
I use the QiYi Thunderclap but my first cube ever was the Basic Rubik's brand.
Outside cubing I like to listen to music, go for walks, bake and read a little.
My favourite subjects in school are Chemistry, Physics, Music and Domestic science :)
I'm very excited that I found this forum, It sure will be nice to interact with other cubers, since none of my IRL- friends are interested in cubing :D

Haha, Thanks! :) Ei saa peittää sounds like something written on a radiator or something :D I see you are from sweden, Jag heter Elice och jag bor i Finland och jag gillar min hund is basically everything i can say in swedish :D XD Jag talar inte svenska XD

My name is Anni and i'm a 13 yr old from sweden. Im also a new cuber and learning cfop. My main is the yj guanlong. I'm half Finnish and kan speak the language almost fluidly. I live in a quite small town were no one cubes so I'm kind of looking for a friend or two. My favorite subjects are math and music. My pb is also 35 sec and I too average around 50sec.

Haha excatly same, i have no cubing friends here where i live but i hope i'll meet some here! :)
 
Welcome! I'm a newbie too, but did you try other methods from the big 3/4? After trying Petrus, CFOP and Roux, I'm focusing on Roux and having a blast.

Thanks! :) And no, I actually didn't. When I first learned the beginners method, I just felt like moving on to cfop was the right thing to do. I looked up some other methods just to kinda have a quick look at them, but i still felt like cfop was the right one for me. :D But I think it's interesting and amazing to have people who use other methods than just the biggest ones! :)
