Average: Around 23 seconds. (That's an average average, not a good average). However, I do get around 2 sub 20s every 10 solves.
I solve the cross on top, yellow/white. I have had trouble adapting to changing it to the bottom face, so I stopped trying to do that a few days ago.
I use intuitive F2L - however, I cannot solve around half the cases quickly and so for them, I insert the corner first and then the edge (the way you do that in LBL). I use lots of rotations, sadly. Sometimes, I have trouble when an edge piece is stuck in a wrong slot. Otherwise, I can usually track where a corner is going while executing a different pair.
2-Look OLL. Execution is decent except the Headlights one.
I know around 8/9 PLLs, 2-Look for the Rest. I use the T Perm alg for 2-Look, though. (I know Jb, T, V, Aa, Ua, Ub, H, Z, E)
Execution and fingertricks are decent.
LL recognition is good, no pauses there, unlike F2L.
Breakdown of a 23 second solve:
Cross - 2/3 seconds
F2L (including cross) - 16/17 seconds
OLL - 3/4 seconds
PLL - 3/4 seconds
Now, I've been stuck at these times for a long time. I want to get serious now, but have no idea where to begin to achieve maximum efficiency and progress.

Thanks.

Everything you try change will be difficult because you've been practicing not doing it. Cross on the botton will obviously seem harder, because you've been practicing cross on top for so long. The tricky F2L cases are the same - the LBL approach will feel easier because that's what you've practiced and become good at.

The only thing you can do to improve is to force yourself to persevere through the difficult parts of breaking bad habits, even if it slows you down. In the long run, you will get better.

Average: 15-16 seconds with CFOP
Cross:
White cross on bottom
Abt 9 moves
abt 2.5 secs
fingertrick friendly
F2L:
Abt 8.1-8.2 secs
fast tps with ok lookahead
abt 2 rotations
edge control
OLL:
abt 2.3 secs
Full OLL
ok recognition with fast execution
PLL:
abt 3 secs
full PLL
ok recognition and ok execution
Good AUF

That's a brilliant response. I will try my best. Although I certainly am looking for timeframes, challenges and helpful tutorials I can use.
Thanks a lot!

Also, I realised I could get comfortable with the cross on bottom - but usually, I was so involved with solving the cross and figuring out how to move, that I lost track of the first pair, defeating the original purpose. Any help with that?
