Looks like Kit originally put 22.xx for both of them, as quoted in YouCubing's post, then he edited it.

Looking into it, there was a string of 4x4 WR singles back in 2008 that were pretty close: 39.83, 40.05, 41.16, 41.31
I'm sure there are a few more really close ones.
